The Flybridge Suite has two private bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs with a common room on the first floor. Every room has a window and a ceiling light.

Both bedrooms come with individually controlled heating/air conditioning units, a super comfy queen bed, fresh linens, quilt, blanket, end table, lamps, powered USB for phone charger on the alarm clock (bring your cable), strong and free WiFi signal, and a WiFi Roku TV. The bedrooms are cozy yet comfortable and have some nice views.

The bathroom is small and is supplied with 5 fresh towels, 5 washcloths, 2 hand towels, 2 bathmats, 2 soaps, 2 shampoos, 2 conditioners, 2 body washes- extra towels available upon request.

The common room is supplied with a sofa, mid-sized refrigerator, microwave oven, extra seating and storage, coffee station and AB’s printed island guide book which has great local info.

Free street parking for cars is available but not on Toledo Ave and not always assured. While we can offer paid private off-site auto parking (please inquire if needed), we recommend saving money and leaving your car on the mainland because we are close to everything.

Check-in is at 3pm and check out is at 11 am. We require a minimum two night stay. We have good guest guarantees and a no-party strict 9pm-9am quiet time for the comfort of our other guests and neighbors.

While we have sound dampened extensively, it is a historic old home and sound can travel between some areas. So, by all means go whoop it up downtown but please keep noise and loud conversation away.

Please tell us when you’re visiting and which unit you would like (Flybridge, Friends of the Bay or Cozy Cuddy). We will reply with the total and the availability within one day.
