The Cozy Cuddy is one separate room with private entrance and bathroom. It has a queen bed, window, ceiling light, small refrigerator, microwave oven and tv. The room is cozy and comfortable on the first floor and furthest from the street. It has individually controlled heating/air conditioning, a super comfy queen bed and is supplied with fresh linens, four pillows, quilt, blanket, end table, lamp, powered USB on alarm clock for phone charger (bring your cable), strong and free WiFi signal, and a 32″ WiFi Roku TV. You’ll also have a coffee station and a printed copy of the AB Lodging Local Guide.
The bathroom is supplied with 2 fresh towels, 2 washcloths, 1 hand towels, 1 bath mat, 1 body wash, 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner-extra towels are available upon request.
Free street parking for cars is available but not on Toledo Ave and not always assured. We can offer paid private off-site auto parking/storage during your stay (please inquire if needed), but we recommend saving that money and saving ferry money by leaving your car on the mainland because we are close to everything. Miller Ferry has free mainland parking then you take the bus right here, or the Jet Express dock is a short walk away.
Check-in is at 3pm and check out is at 11 am. We require a minimum two night stay. We have good guest guarantees and a no-party strict 9pm-9am quiet time for the comfort of our guests and neighbors.
While we have sound dampened extensively, it is a historic old home and sound can travel between some areas. So, by all means go whoop it up downtown but please keep noise and loud conversation away.
