No Pets, No Parties or Events.
No Unregistered Guests.
No Spray Tan or BYO Sheets! (Or get stain charges of $50 per sheet).
No loud noise or music that could disturb other guests.
No Trespassing or cutting through neighbors properties
Violators will be immediately evicted without refund.
Guest Rooms found with excessive messes, smells, spills, etc. will be charged $250.
If we have to refund another guest’s reservation after your stay due to damages or additional cleaning, you will be responsible for those losses.
Super Strict 30 Day Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received up to 48 hours after payment will be refunded 100%.
Cancellations received up to 30 days prior to your arrival will be refunded 50%.
Cancellations received less than 30 prior to your arrival will not be refunded at all.
